Vendor, wholesale and purchasing matters go to our purchasing address so they reach the right person first time. Everything else goes to our general address.

Response times. Purchasing inquiries are reviewed by a person, not a queue. We aim to reply promptly and will tell you plainly if a line is not a fit.
