Terry Retail Ventures is a business identity operated by Terry Pet Lovers LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through terryretailventures.com (the “Site”). The Site is for business and vendor communication. It does not sell products, process consumer orders or take payments.

We only collect what you choose to send us, through the vendor inquiry form or by email. That typically includes:
- Your name and role
- Company name and website
- Email address and phone number
- The type of supplier relationship you represent
- Product, catalog, pricing, minimum order and lead-time information
- Anything else you include in your message
We do not collect payment card details, bank information or consumer order data through this Site.
3. How we use it
Information you send is used to reply to your inquiry, evaluate a potential wholesale relationship, complete a vendor account application, and keep records of our business correspondence. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. How it is shared
We do not sell, rent or trade information submitted through this Site. It may be shared only with:
- People within our business who need it to evaluate or manage the relationship
- Service providers that operate this Site or our email, strictly to provide that service
- Authorities, where required by law or valid legal process
5. The contact form
The vendor inquiry form is not connected to a hosted form service. Submitting it opens your own email application with the details filled in, addressed to purchasing@terryretailventures.com. Your message therefore travels through your email provider and ours. If we connect a hosted form service in future, this policy will be updated to name that provider before it goes live.
6. Cookies and analytics
This Site sets no cookies of its own, uses no advertising trackers and runs no analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to serve the font files. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated first.
7. Retention
Vendor correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship or needed for our business records, and deleted when it is neither.
8. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect information sent to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about your company, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Write to info@terryretailventures.com.
10. Children
This Site is for business-to-business communication and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
